Iowa Select Farms Repurposes Big Box Store to Aid with Storage and Distribution During Pandemic

Iowa Select Farms increased stability and reliability for their farms by aquiring and repurposing the old K-Mart facility in Iowa Falls. The 48,000 square foot space is now the new Iowa Select Farms warehouse and distribution center. "The farms are able to run better with more certainty in their supplies." said Shawn Lents, director of supply chain. 

In addition to the renewed exterior the company also added HVAC, a large office with reception area and two workstations and rack space.
