Iowa Falls Ethanol Plant Acquired by POET

Sioux Falls, S.D.-based POET has acquired the bioethanol assets of Flint Hills Resources LLC as of June 1st. This includes the ethanol plant in Iowa Falls. POET is the world's largest producer of biofuels. 

The Iowa Falls plant which produces 115 million gallons of biethanol annually will be called POET Biorefining – Iowa Falls.
