The Centralized Processor is responsible for the daily administration of all retail real estate loans and related bank accounts. This position can be located in any branch (Iowa Falls, Ackley, Eldora, Belmond or Grundy Center)

The Centralized Processor will: • Prepare and deliver early disclosures, rate lock disclosures and final mortgage documents paying close attention to required dates and timing. • Order appraisal work, title work, payoffs, and flood determinations. • Scan all loan documentation into the Synergy system or image flow. • Track all follow-up documentation after the mortgage loan has been closed & send to IBMC if required. • Complete mortgage funding, including FHLB (Federal Home Loan Bank), if the loan has been sold on the secondary market. • File documents in Iowa Land Records. • Maintain & ensure the escrow account & funding sheet balance. • Add loans to the secondary market loan spreadsheet. • Add loans to the 1099 spreadsheet if we are the settlement agent on a purchase. • Upload files to IBMC. • Implement and book all ARM loans onto our system. • Safeguard all collateral while in the possession of the bank. • Participate in community activities as needed and any other activities that may arise. • Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
