Iowa Falls Business and Industrial Parks

Located along Highway 65 on the south side of Iowa Falls, the Iowa Falls Business and Industrial parks are situated just four miles north of US Highway 20 and only 20 minutes from Interstate 35.  Our business and industrial parks give market access to four major urban areas within a 45-minute drive. 

Due to the geographic location of the industrial parks, Iowa Falls is able to tap into a well-trained and highly educated workforce with the short drive to two major universities and a community college.  These include Iowa State University, the University of Northern Iowa, and Ellsworth Community College located right in Iowa Falls.

Jennings Lake Business Park

This business park continues to grow with the recent addition of Hogslat, Inc. and the new Ellsworth Community College Agriculture and Renewable Energy Center and its associated business incubators. 

This area was also recently updated with a new truck route and bypass that allowed for the development of large tracts for companies needing 20 or more acres for expansion.

Southview Industrial Park

The Southview Industrial Park has 23 acres available for development. Midland Power, Iowa Select, Concrete Inc., Brundage Bone Concrete Pumping, and Times Citizen Communications have all expanded operations in the park and surrounding area.

Southview is one mile from Highway 65 with a direct truck route, less than five minutes from the US Highway 20 (4-lane) and 17 miles from Interstate 35 in north central Iowa.

The park is located in an Enterprise Zone and a Tax Increment Finance District for development incentives. Lots are flat with a hard surface road and utilities provided on the frontage of each lot. This park is served by our partner utility Midland Power Cooperative.
