About IFADC

The Iowa Falls Area Development Corporation (IFADC) was organized in 1956 to serve businesses interested in expanding or locating in the Iowa Falls area.  Since our beginning, IFADC has assisted with over 68 successful business expansions and new locations.  This growth represents capital investment of more than $378 million dollars and over 2,500 new jobs.  IFADC takes pride in responding quickly and confidentially with specific information focused on your business needs.  For a comprehensive and confidential reply to your project and/or request, please contact IFADC or call 877-648-5549.

Site Selection - When it comes to business expansion, we can quickly and accurately provide information essential to any site location decision.  Our database of sites, available buildings and community data streamlines the process of offering qualified solutions to your site selection needs.

Data Standards - IFADC recognizes the need for reliable and comprehensive data that can be provided quickly to corporate decision makers.  That's why we have incorporated the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) Data Standards into our available property section.  To access this information please visit our buildings, sites and data standards section.

Financial Packaging - One of IFADC’s strengths is its partnerships and relationships that will assist companies with filling the financing gap.  In 2004 – 2005, IFADC was able to assist businesses with more than $1 million in zero interest or low interest loans for expanding companies.

Permitting Assistance - IFADC’s extensive project work has enabled us to work closely with departments of state government that require permits for facility construction and new business operation.  IFADC will gladly assist your project with any permitting assistance you may require.

IFADC Resources & Partners - IFADC services are provided to companies within the Iowa Falls area and are designed to provide answers to questions, such as, but not limited to: New Technologies, Energy Efficiency, Regulatory Issues, Labor Force Reports, Location Assistance, Materials and Processes.
